Ok for frog head to touch rock?

Hello, is it ok for the side of one of my frogspawn's heads to be touching the rock? It's the slimy part near the tip of the head, not the 'dry' stony part lower down. I'm having trouble mounting it in the desired spot w/o touching the rock.

Not saying it's right, but both my hammer and frogspawn are near indestructable so long as my calcium and alk are ok.

Not only is mine touching the rock, but I caused tissue damage scraping it on the rock trying to get it where I wanted it. Damage healed in a couple weeks and all is well.
