Ok or Bad?

I have a monti that has grown like a weed since I put it in my tank. I have been on vacation (for like, a month) and the monti has begun to grow into my scary-hand (finger leather). Is this bad?

I am guessing the finger leather will end up killing the monti...soft corals, tend to have a much more potent sting.

It will at least kill the part that is it touching...umm...but if it is touching the stock, I am not sure if that will create a battle between the two, the stock may be harmless.

yes it is bad....relocate one..probably the leather......eventually when your SPS grow out..you are gonna have to either get a bigger tank or drop the softies

It is touching the stalk. Was going to relocate it anyway, but wasn't sure if there would be any damage to the monti.
