Ok so I'm thinking it's time to add fish now.

Ok so I'm thinking about getting my first fish for the tank. Here are some I have in mind to add and in the order shown. Tell me what you think, experiences suggestions advice etc.


These 2 would be added at the same time. I have has success before with them co inhabiting

1)Firefish, red, Firefish, Purple

2)Starry Blenny

3)Pair of Ocellaris Clownfish

i honestly like fish a lot more when they help me out, thats why i would suggest a wrasse. they are great to watch, they move all around the tank in and out of rocks. They are great hunters and will help protect your coral from some pests.

six lines are amazing little fish and amazing to watch.

Six lines and many flasher wrasses can be in a 30g tank. I would advise against the 6 line though because they can get aggresive

I have a 6 line, clowns, and firefish in my tank. They all get along fine. The 6 line as mentioned can help with some pests.

I agree with avoiding the sixline. 3 out of 3 have gone uberpsycho on me at one point, sometimes after years of being docile. Yellow canary/choris wrasse (especially if you have a sand bed) would be a good alternative.
