OK what reef fish eats Flatworms?

Many wrasses under the species heliochores such as yellow coris, pink belly yellow coris etc. I have had both and they seem to know where to pick, as in the base on corals for the worms.

There are many fish that may eat flatworms. None are a sure bet to do it. Any fish that you'll see named as a fish to do it, I've seen completely ignore fw. So make sure you get a fish that you want to keep even if it doesn't do the job you're looking for.

I've had flatworms in plague proportions. I've tried just about every fish recommended in books for elimination of flatworms, and watched in dismay as none of them even looked at a flatworm. I've tried flatworm exit, and succeeded in killing a large amount of flatworms without killing my coral etc... Accidentally, I found a fish that actually ate flatworms for me. Orangetail damsels (3) demolished what flatworms were left in the wake of flatworm exit.

mandarins and scooter blennies are also a good place to start, along with the sixline (if you have a proper tank for them, of course)

I've got a sixline that took care of my little flatworm problem, it took a long time to notice a difference though, but sooner or later there aren't any adult sized flatworms anywhere in the tank

I, too, had a six-line that took care of a minor problem. Without knowing I placed a coral attached to a rock with FW into my tank (that was before dipping), the 6-line in the tank took care of it. It would constantly return to the new addition, hover it, and peck.

Maybe it was hungry and liked the change of menu.

My Red Scooter Blenny took care of mine. I had so many all over the place. I added it just because I wanted to and was pleasantly surprised to see the flatworms disappear.
