Okay, I'm ready!

Ok, I have pictures, and a lot of questions.

Now for the important questions. This morning I cleaned it up a bit, and a huge nassarius crawling along the side scared me. Tonight I tested water, wanting to order a clean up crew, and I don't know if the ammonia level is 0 or .25 tank has been running since Friday, and I wouldn't understand why there would still be ammonia. Sorry for the crappy pictures, what do you guys think?

Should I give it more time, or what?
Stressing out about all this to much, things just seem to be going out of plan, and it seems like if I do something wrong I will never be able to add any thing live. My friend asked me when I can tank my corals back because they are tanking up alot of space, and I don't know what to do. They will die with traces of ammonia... ahhhh
