These are the details of the entire event
This event will only be open to those who sign up
This isn't a full blown "conference" style frag swap. While there is a lot of interest, this will really hinge on the participants help to make it a success. Also please remember this is my first time putting together something like this, and its going together in two weeks.
This will take place on August 25th 2013, 2pm-7pm 31 Amber Trail, Madison CT is where this will be taking place. Depending on the number of people/cars attending, parking will be in the cul-de-sac, along ONE side of the street (neighbor's request, so if you see cars on one side, please don't park on the other) There is a church parking lot across the street (about a 150yd walk down to my house) if the street is full.
The cost of attendance will break down as follows:
Coral frags and a meal- $25
Just coming to eat - $5 OR you can sign up to help bring some side dish, chips etc on the original thread
Additional person/family coming to eat -$5 (while I don't mind feeding a couple extra mouths, I'd really like to try this with no money out-of-pocket. Like I said, this will rely heavily on those who participate)
You do not have to pay money to come just to trade/buy. You DO however need to make sure your name gets put on the signup list
Chriskid will be handling the sign-up list and taking payments. This will all take place in the "Old Fashioned Frag Swap w/ Demo Aug 25 at 5pm" thread
