maybe I know what can happen to a tank if the light use is more than 3 year without any change in bulbs ?

Could be any kind. It happens because of the shift of spectrum which becomes very suitable for algae growth.

my white sand also turns like tanned in a few days after cleaning is that also due to the light ? This is a fish only tank so no corals, no woorry.

it could very well be your lights, but also what are your nitrates, and phosphates reading? keeping them low will help also, and using rodi water for top off's and water changes helps. but first i would bet the lights

If those bulbs are 3 years old, I'd replace them regardless of weather this is your problem.

Old bulbs are OK for a FO tank, but as pointed out the older bulbs have a color spectrum shift that can stimulate algae growth.

A benefit of newer bulbs in a higher K is that the colors of your fish will be more true and they'll look better/brighter.
