old MP40W and MP40eco smart upgrade

I have an old MP40W driver and a MP40ES driver. I'm curious to find out what I need to buy to bring my MP40w and my MP4 eco smart up to the QD model. Is it one $75 driver (MP40WES) and one $120 driver (MP40W)?
