Old to new tank questions

So i have a 100 gallon reef tank wit about 200 pounds of live rock and 100 pounds of live sand and also i have a 90 gallon fowlr wit about 100 pounds of live rock and 100 pounds of live sand and i have about 50 pounds of dryed rock that i took out from the 90 gallon. so im starting up a new tank thats going to be 540 gallon size 96x43x30 my sump is about 180 gallon size 72x30x18 my skimmer is going to be Skimz Octa SC255i Internal Protein Skimmer. my question is will i be able to use all that rock and sand and throw it in my new tank its going to be a reef tank

As long as it never dried out I think it would be fine.

I have about 50 to 100 extra pounds of rock that dried out can i use them?

The rock is fine to reuse assuming you do not have unwanted pests in the tanks. I would not reuse the sand, it would need to be rinsed well with a lot saltwater to remove the detritus and if you had phosphate issues in any of the old tanks you would be transfering the phosphate to your new tank, to me it just isn't worth the trouble, I would start with new dry sand. I would be a little cautious with using the dried out rock, if there is much dried on organics it could start a new cycle. The safest thing to do would be to cycle the old rock in a separate container like a Brute trash can and then add it once it has cycled. The other alternative would be to only add say 25 pounds at a time waiting a week between additions.

I dont mind starting a new cycle on the new tank the rock im not sure if theres pest or not that i seen .can i dry out all of the old rock and make sure everything is dead then throw it in the new tank to start a new cycle ?
