Olympus E-500

I was wondering if anyone uses an Olympus E-500 or similar. I would be interested to see what settings you use for taking your pictures. I can get good color with a custom white balance, but am having issues with just the actinics. Any input would be great.

Thanks in advance.

I can't either. I also can't seem to get a good picture with ISO above 100. It gets really grainy if I go over 100.

I have that lens and it's pretty good (especially for the price). Here's a couple of pics I took with it.

I'm far from an expert, but I think they turned out okay.

A camera is a camera...the laws of physics apply to all of them equally. Therefor the settings on an Olympus, Canon, Nikon, Pentax, or Sony will be very very similar across the board.

Here's a freehand pic of a caterpillar I took with the macro lens. It was taken with the camera in macro mode and no processing was done. I just cropped it.

So, the lens is capable of pretty good shots.

Wow...really?! I don't even notice grain until after 400 ISO, and use 800 regularly.
