OM revolutions?

Im about to order an OM 4way for my 500. Ive been looking at the Revolutions ver. 12. to use on all four corners. Is anyone using these? Heres a link to them........

Only concern I have is the sand getting blown around when the output is blowing on the sides of the tank.I wonder if these decrease the flow?Seems like they would be a good way of distributing the flow to keep the detritus suspended.Im planning on using a Dart pump or either a Barricuda if I need more flow.The tank is going to be comprised of mushrooms and easy to care for softies.

I have six of them on my new 375gallon they don't bother the sand at all great for varing flow I really like them I have the 4way and I run them with a dart.

How far from the glass(or acrylic) are they? Have any pics showing where they are located in the tank? What version did you go with? Do you feel like they reduce the flow at all?How tall is your tank? Thanks
