i have algea all over that place and my tank looks so ugly. my levels are all good and idk what is causing it. im using phosguard but that isnt working. can someone plzz help me?

Your levels may look good because the algea is using the excess up to a degree. What type of source water are you using..rodi?

What types of food are you feeding? Bioload? This info would be a really good place to start..:)

best things you can do is reduce feeding, less light, more flow. you could also add GFO. please explain your params, tank and inhabitants more though so we can help. also, what does the algae look like?

i am using real ocean water from petco. i dont have an RO/DI filter yet.

ammo.- 0
nitrite - 0
nitrate- around .25
ph. - 8.1
salinity - 1.025

i have a biocube 29g with a bicolor cromis, 2 false percula clowns, blue velvet damsel, and a coral beauty. some zoes and shrooms. and just a normal cuc, snails and crabs.

nitrates are a bit high and are mostly what is fueling your algea. Also..not sure about the source water..maybe someone else can comment but have never heard of Petco up hear selling water..could be wrong ofcourse..but that could still be an issue depending on what that tests at..might want to check. That is also about the limit on fish so you may want to up the water changes and feed a bit less. Has this tank been set up for 2 years like in your signature..or is it new?

What is the level of Mg.....

I raised mine to over 1500 using Kent Mg and in about two weeks it was gone..

I has a similar problem recently with my 75 in wall. What type of Algae is it? Pictures?

This is what I did,

I replaced the filters on my RO/DI unit, i know you don't have one but that is one of the things I did.

I changed the lights, and added a phosban reactor, at which point I removed all of my algae that I could by hand and then waited with 20% WC in between. In two weeks all of the algae was gone.
