Added some kents puple tech to my tank last night to help bring up a slightly low MG (1100) and both my BTA and RBTA seem to have a disliking for it. I added about 8 ml to my 74 G dripped into the overflow, through the sump and back into the DT. Within 15 mins my RBTA had swallowed itself and was barely visible but my BTA seemed it's happy self. This morning though the RBTA is back to normal but the BTA is on the move. He's been in his current spot for 3 months now and has only ever moved a couple of inches from where I first put him. He's now out of sight around the back of a rock at the back of the tank. The water was certainly milky for a few hours afterwards. He stopped momentarily to scoff a shrimp that I fed him before sulking out of sight. I hope he hasn't gone out back to split?
