Once again, incredible customer service

I purchased a Koralin reactor from PA back in October. Last month the solenoid on the reg failed and I contacted Jason Frey @ PA for help. He quickly gave me contact info for Blueline and instructed me what to do. Unfortunately, Blueline basically told me they couldnt help me. I dropped Jason an email just to update him on my progress and alert him to Blueline's position. Below is the respone I got the same day:

"Sorry to hear they wouldn't help you. GO ahead and return that to us and
we'll exchange it. Do you care if it's a different brand? We prefer the M3
regulator, it was hard to get for 6 months, so we switched to Blueline, now
we have M3 again, although out of stock right now, expect them in this next
week. If you prefer another blueline, i can dropship one to you.

Within a few days I received my new M3 reg and have a happy reactor thanks ENTIRELY to jason and PA! :rollface:

Thanks once again Jason! I've been out of town on business and will have the blueline in transit to you on Monday.
