One acan frag slowly closed up ad now won't open

I have 3 acan lord colonies and 2 other acans that are all healthy and taking spot feeding and open and all that. But I have this one acan that has slowly retracted over the course of about two weeks and now won't open at all. I assume that with everything else healthy (even the other acans), that its not a water issue (which I've tested and everything is fine). I've moved it around to several places to lower lighting and flow, with no reaction or improvement. Been completely closed for a couple days now

Went to move it one more time to try to get it healthy again and it fell apart in my hands. Very sad...was one of my favorites. Not sure what happened. There was a nitrate spike from an unknown source about a month ago, but it was well under control before this started happening. I changed my light out at about the same time though, so I'm guessing it was just too much stress all at once.

No, it was fairly new. I did have it healthy and eating mysis spot feeding for about a month before all this happened though and everything else is healthy...I'm more confused than anything.

Sorry to hear, I've noticed acans and scolies can be very finicky
