one day color up

how common is this:

had a 1" green acro frag, was doing well at first, then slowly dulled out in color due to my previous lack of water changes. then my tank busted. then i setup a little hospital(didnt have too many sps at the time) so all my coral besides my favorite pieces(which went in my 29 w/halide) went in a temp. setup with power compacts.

the acro after a month of pc light was completely browned out. i put it in my tank after a couple days of being re-setup and within hours its tips got their green back, within three days the top half was green now its slowly approaching the bottom:rollface:

I can't see it coloring up in a day or two thats to fast, maybe the polyps are coming out more and that is the color you see now.

nope, its a small "bubbly" colony. i could clearly see the tips coloring up.
