One GHL Mitras over a 4' 120?

I do know that the spread for the mitras is about 3 feet by two feet, but with a short(ish) budget I could really only afford one fixture. Would this be something I could get away with or would I have to get two?

the spread is 36x36

4' is a hard size it falls right in the middle of 1 and 2 lamps, you could use one but expect shaded ends.
