One of my Mushrooms acting strange

Hi all.

This might be a newbie question but I got home to find one of my mushrooms doing this

There was a white lump coming from it's mouth and several long stands coming from the mushroom and waving around the tank.

Can anyone tell me whats happening please.

A couple of hours later every thing was back to normal.

It is basically their guts, they usually spew them out in a reaction to some type of stressor.

I think i see the one behind it doing the same thing, what is the temp in your tank?

Kevin is right, they get stressed but they will be fine

I had just performed a small water change, so there may have been a slight change in temp.

Certainly this morning they all look well.
