One of My Torch's Heads Not Opening

Hi all,

I have been having a problem with one of the heads on my torch for about a week now. It doesn't seem to inflate and expand throughout the course of the day. It has been staying small and almost droopy like.

My water params are 0 Phosphates 0 Ammonia 0 Nitrite 10 Nitrate 480 Cal 12 alk 8.2 ph 1.024 salinity 77-78 degrees.

I am unsure of what is happening because the torch has always been very happy and one of the heads is actually in the process of splitting right now it looks like. Ill add a photo so you can take a look.

It is the head on the top left corner.

Any thoughts?

This is the picture I took this morning. It looks like you can see the skeleton now. I am afraid its dieing is there anything to do to save it?

And will the other heads die also?

Check for brown jelly disease on that head. I would do a iodine dip because that head is still savable.
