Anyone have any idea why this small colony is doing this on the one polyp? The coral is relatively new (2 weeks) in my tank, and seems otherwise healthy.. good polyp extension everywhere else, but this one polyp seems to slime up for like 30 minutes in the morning (at least that's when i've seen it do it) It doesn't do it during the day cycle with full light. I also notice that the polyp seems like it Iridesses green more than the others under acentic light.

Parameters are in range..
alk 9.7
cal 480
mag 1500

Any ideas?

I have my Red Planet slime in just one small area for no reason, usually that area produced new in the following weeks. It was almost like the coral was preparing the area.

I noticed the same on one of my acro, stags, its been extending like that for over 2 weeks and everything seems to be fine, this shouldnt affect your corals health in anyway.
