One spot foxface

I was wondering if anyone here has a One spot foxface? What would I feed it during quarantine without any algae? Do I need and meds for it during QT? When in DT does it need lots of algae in tank or will feeding suffice? Have you had good luck with it and your corals? Thanks. BTW i have a 180 tank. 20 gal QT.
