My only concern with the triple tank stand is access. It looks very cool, but after a certain height you will need steps and may lose visibility. I would honestly go with the two tank design instead of three, but I'll l let the experts chime in.
I was originally sketching something up for 3 29 gallon tanks fer Z. He only wants 2 now but 18 " in below first tank and 10" above next tanks. Was going to slap together next weekend. Suggestions all appreciated!
I guess 10" would be OK if you are going with LED. That would be my only concern. Other than that, it sounds great and it looks like easy for maintenance.
