Open brain feeding

I have a large (about 6 inches across) that I have had for around 3 years. Until recently it would only show its feeding tentacles at night. Now they are showing all times of the day. Is it trying to tell me that I'm not feeding it enough or is it just an involuntary action that doesn't mean anything.

Mine does the same, but always has. Are you having any trouble with other corals? If not, I'd say it's ok for now.

It's happy.. Mine shows all the time.. I target feed 3x a week and is full and healthy.. Ide say there are far worse signs of bad health then feeding from the water column

Mine are always out... I think it might mean the water is slightly dirty so its keeping its feeders out to catch anything floating by.
