Open Brain getting brownish look during day

Ive had an open brain for only 2 days. Yesterday I noticed that during the day when the lights are on it gets this brown coloration toward the inside. The brain is green, and some of that green is going away.. I have T5 lighting so I dont think that its getting too much light. Here are a few pics of the first day I got it, and pics I just took a few minutes ago. In the pics that I took today there is less brown shown, than there actually is. What could be causing this?

Based on the pictures, it just looks more expanded and happy in the later photos. It's the same way with most LPS. A lot of their colors will be crazy vibrant when they're mostly closed, but as that flesh expands some of the color will change and/or fade.

Ok that sounds good. He has expnded since Ive had him. And at night when his tenticles are out the green color does come back. Also this doesnt really have anything to do with the brown color, but how often can I feed this guy? Ive fed him the last two days, and it seems he always has some of his tenticles out.

Alright thanks I read the thread, and it helped. But one thing I didnt get answered about these guys is, how often can I feed them?

I wouldn't feed it more than a couple of times a week to start off with, and small batches at that. Anemone's and LPS can get something referred to as "gut rot" where to much food is accumulated and not expelled. Mysis, high quality pellets, etc the preferred.
