Open wound and behavior help

I bought a medium sized queen angel about 3 months ago. Quarantined him for 4 weeks and acclimated him to my dt before adding. For the first month he swam all around the tank and was very active always in view. My yellow tang swam everywhere with him. Within the past few weeks the angel has started hiding at the back of the tank behind rock. The tang was always right next to him. The angel would lay on his side and flutter his wings and tail. The other day he came out in view and I could see a small open wound next to one of the side fins. This fin is also frayed. I took the yellow tang out and put him in another tank because I think he barbed the angel. After reading some other posts on here I'm concerned because the angels color has also changed. I can't see any visible parasites on him but am concerned it's something else. Any help would be appreciated.

Were the fish previously treated for flukes? IMO all fish should be treated for flukes regardless. If there is reddness in the affected area, antibiotics will need to be used.

I've read several opinions about antibiotics and it's all very confusing. Any particular kind you would suggest? Yes we treat all of our fish for flukes prior to putting then in the dt
