Open Wound on Clownfish

I have a pair of B/W clownfish that have been in my tank for 3+ years and currently spawn regularly. A couple days ago, the female had an open wound that appeared on her side, near the side fin. It almost looks as though she ate too much and split open a small spot on her side. Anyone have suggestions what this may be? I have been trying to get a picture, but it is nearly impossible as they play in their anemone. I've attached a poor pic that shows (sort of) the wound on the left side of the left fish in the picture. Behavior seems normal, still eats a ton and they've spawned since the wound appeared. Any help would be appreciated.

Can't see it in that picture.

Have you started any treatment for infections yet? I'd highly suggest doing a round of both Pimafix and Melafix.

My fridmani female had a large and deep ulcer for over a month. Since she didn't seem otherwise sick or too much bothered by it I decided to let her ride it out, not that I would have known what to treat her against anyway.
It wasn't likely uronema even if it looked a bit like it in the beginning. It also wasn't spreading to other fish.

At times the hole in her side looked so large and deep that I expected her to be dead the next morning. But the next day she would be out again and acting as normal as it gets. She also always had a good appetite.

All I could do was feeding the best food I have available: frozen Cyclops and live tigger pods.

One day the hole started getting smaller and some time later it was gone for good. By now she is a healthy fat pig and always pregnant with eggs.

So my advice would be to observe but wait. These are not new fish and as long as they don't act sick I wouldn't start treatment, especially not if you have no idea what to treat against.
