I obtained this Coral Beauty last Sunday and have him in QT. I been watching all week and about 2 days ago he started to break out in what i think is a double whammy. Marine Ich and Lymphocyctis. He is covered with about 8 white pepper spots both sides and his fins look like white Lymphocyctis. He is eating great and have been dosing the food with Vit C and Selcon. I started Hyposalinty treatment for ich and was wondering if I am calling this double disease correct ? Can you have both at the same time? and is there anything else I can provide? I am experienced in the hobby but to get hit with both? Got to love the guy at the LFS..is he eating, heal be fine. Thanks for your input

Yes, a fish can have Ich & Lympho at the same time. They can have any number of ailments simultaneously. But looking at the pics, I think you may actually be dealing with Ich and a secondary bacterial infection (not Lympho). To be frank... this fish looks to be in bad shape. I'm assuming the skin lesions on his head are the aftereffects of Ich trophonts, but it could also be something else.

Treating for Ich is your top priority and the right thing to do; but I would also treat with erythromycin (an antibiotic). Whether or not this can be done concurrently with hypo I do not know. I once QT'd a foxface that had many of the same issues your CB angel appears to have. Copper & erythromycin cleared it up, and the friend I gave the fish to says he's still going strong today.

I agree.
