Opinions of light

I have not been getting much response in the lighting forum so I will post here now.

TANK:
I am upgrading soon to a 56g tank and I am trying to decide on lighting options. The tank is 30x18x24.

CORALS I WANT TO KEEP:
I would like to keep your normal easy corals, zoos, mushrooms, torch etc... but one of my main goals is to keep a nice BTA with a pair of clowns and a nice clam.

LIGHT: I have narrowed my light search to possibly this: http://store.aquauniverse.com/30inmehapoco2.html Do you think this would be a good choice? Should I upgrade to the 250w for an extra $39?

I would assume the 250w would be best for a clam but people have said to stick with a name brand light. So I found this, the outer orbit http://www.marineandreef.com/shoppr..._OuterOrbit.htm but then it would only be 150w in the same 24inch fixture. Enough to still keep a clam?

Recomendations......

Thanks,
Eric

Shop/compare at Hellolights.com also....I've used them with easy and great results!
I keep my regular sized 55g reef with 2 110w VHOs (10k and 50/50) and 1 NO actinic on a 14 hour schedule for the VHOs and an extra hour on each side with the NO actinic and have no problems with a derasa and gigas on the sand and a gold maxima @ half way up on the rocks.
From everything I've read here and elsewhere I'd say you should be ok depending on what clam you're interested in....the consensus seems to be that the 250s are the best from what I've seen.
