opinions on lighting (last time)

Today I went to petco and purchased a 20g tank (24X12X16)
I had originally planned to use my 15g high but for $20 I could have another 5g.


My question is would this unit with 96watts of t5 be enough in the 16" tank?
I would like to be able to keep everything aside from sps.
I have no experience with t5, so please take a look:

Thats high output T5, never having T5 lighting, I would say yes, 96 watts of HO is enough for everything but higher light demanding SPS.
