Opinions please?

Ok, we had a RedSea Max 65 Gallon tank in the finished basement. That was the natural progression from a Nano. Last spring we got flooded, first time since the house was built 25 years ago. No tears please. The tank of course was on top of the last remaining piece of carpet and had to be moved. Solution, build a new 100 Gallon tank with sump and stuff, move 65 to new tank and start over. We moved the tank in July. Here is the result. Any comments would be appreciated.






So how am I doing so far. 100 Gallon tank, K2R Calcium Reactor, LifeReef Sump, ATI Protein Skimmer, Phos reactor, Purigen Reactor, MP20, Arctica Chiller.

Looks awesome! I'm personally not a big fan of leather corals, so it's not my thing. Either way it looks good.

looks good, the only thing i dont love is how the rockwork covers all the sand but does not hide any of the overflow or powerheads

Yes, it wasn't the original vision. When my son and I built the tank we constructed a 1" PVC base and upright frame forming four main towers, two in the back two in the front offset. Then tried to bridge the towers together with logs and rock. This formed a very nice open rock formation for the fish. In hindsight we should have continued the build upward on the four towers. I also figure the Colt will someday hide the overflow since it's growth is exponential over the past several months.
