I think what Chad is trying to say is, we can buy in corals and frag them up. You can buy any amount of tickets depending on the amout of corals/frags to people available, or people could place a frag in the raffle. The money taken would go towards buying corals or to the person who placed a high end coral into the mix. So if chad placed devils armor in the mix he gets $10 and whoever picks out that coral get a great deal.
We have to have enough people to make this work or people have to buy more than 1 ticket.
