Been waiting to the last minute to see if I can make it, but as it turns out I can't do it this Saturday. A friend of our's son is coming off of active duty (just came back from Iraq) and they have a welcome home party for him this Saturday.

I have the blender that we used the last time... it got designated a "fish Food only" item...lol... I will be flying solo this weekend Chad , kiddies are away for the weekend....Otherwise I would love to let them loose on your house and have them decimate your food supply lol...

Anything along these lines works well...... The trick is , and where I have run into problems previously , is to make sure that you do not blend it too fine...

I picked up some squid today from the asian market, they didn't have the sea food mix I was looking for. If someone want to bring shrimp, muscles or any other shellfish to go into the mix that would be swell. Freeze it so it will be easier to chop up in the mixer.
