orange diji base spread control

My orange diji base is about 6" around and doesn't seem to be slowing. It seems to be an aggressive coral to. Suggestion or ideas.

Is this guy the GSP of the sps world?

either enjoy it or rip it out are my suggestions...mine does the same thing. very invasive.
I do have a setosa that helps keep it in check. setosa wins...or at least in my tank

I have a purple digitata doing the same thing. It's in rather low light in my tank (under my center bar) and it is encrusting and not branching at all and is making me a little angry with it lol. I also have another 'frag' of it under more light and it's branching and not encrusting.

I love the look, just don't want it to have a 12"+ base and take up a ton of real estate or kill other corals it runs into.

My green-tip orange birdnest over grows the purple digitata, which over grows the orange digitata. They don't kill each other by stinging, just by physically overgrowing. For example, when I chip off the purple digi from the orange digi, wihin a few days, the orange polyps recover. So plant a digitata / birdsnest forest and let them grow into each other.

Apply a thick Kalk paste with a syringe much like you would to aphasia. It will kill it where ever you put it. It does grow back but at least you can control it.
