My girlfriend is going to Sacramento today and wants to get me one of these guys.
Should I have any concerns or take any precautions?

Just know that they are very sensitive to water conditions.Small SG swings,& temp swings will kill it.Use rubber gloves to handle it,& make sure it dosent get out of water when you transfer it into the main display.

cool. My temp has been like 77.8 for a long time. SG steady at 1.025

Acclimate very very slow and make sure your tank is well established.

I've had a FOWLR for over a year, corals for about a month now.

K, no oxygen when transporting, SLOW acclimation
