orange slime around base of scolly

I noticed an orange slime or sponge type substance all around the bottom of my bleeding apple scolly anyone know what this could be?
I will try to get a pic for you.

No i do not think it is brown jelly disease i have seen that before. this is around the bottom of the rock the scoly is attached to and does not seem to be affecting the scoly yet.
