Orange Spot Filefish Question

I'm seriously considering adding a pair of these beautiful fish to the 120 I'm setting up. The only possible issue I have is that this is going to be a SPS (mostly acro) dominant if not only tank. I'm curious to see if anyone has kept an orange spot filefish in a smaller SPS tank (in the large tanks there just so much coral people don't notice damage....) and if they have noticed any major ill effects on the corals.

Actually been starting to read it again the past couple days, with it being spring break I get interrupted or have to go run an errand. I'll get through the thread eventually!
