I have a softie tank and about 6 months ago a friend gave me a beautiful staghorn coral. I was just reading that this coral should not be housed with toadstool and xenias, and colony polyps because of the chemicals they both give off. Should I give the staghorn away, since I prefer softies? I thought lots of tanks had both in them. It is a 75 gallon and there is at least 10" of space between it and any soft coral. All my corals are growing and doing well at this point, but I dont want to push it.
