all 12 of my t-5 bulbs are broke, there is damage to the reflector and perm marker marks on the unit itself. the package looked like it was a return, it was very obvious it was resealed due to the sloppy job done. I would like replacement bulbs and reflectors please, and i would like to get them this week. if i need to help pay for overnight shipping i am willing to work with you on that. it took me 2 hours to clean this thing up with all the broken glass under the reflectors etc, and i cut my finger was got an owey!!! all kidding aside, i have always had good luck with MD please tell me you willl take care of this and not send me away to deal with current, this package was opened. thank you.

Thanks for the post and the pictures, I am sorry to see that your fixture arrived to you in the condition it did. I assure you that all of our returns are held in a different part of our facility at a great distance from our normal inventory.

I filed a damaged shipping claim for the fixture due to the extent of the damage of the fixture, I placed a replacement order for you at no cost for a brand new fixture. Order number W000538433. Unfortunately we are currently out of stock of the 72 INCH CURRENT USA NOVA EXTREME PRO but they are expected to arrive the first part of next week ( Monday - Tuesday)

Please hang on to the damaged fixture UPS will be by with in the next ten business days to retrieve the damaged fixture from you.

OK Walter. i guess sometimes these things happen and look forward to receiving my new unit next week. it sucks but it's not the end of the world, thanks for taking care of this for me.

UPS picked up this fixture Friday may 8th. just so you know, they didn't mess around. looking forward to getting my fixture thank you.

i called in today and was promised my light would ship today, because the stock came in today, which also reflects on your website. anyway, i have noticed my order has not shipped out. and i must say i am a little disappointed about this. I need this by Thursday, could i at least get expedited shipping to receive it by then? if for some reason it did ship and i just didn't receive notice or my order did not update on the website, please disregard with my appoligy. thank you.

Thanks for the post, I'm sorry that the Website did not update your tracking information for you. My records indicate that your order did ship yesterday with out fail under UPS tracking number 1ZE837720300884784 and is scheduled to arrive to you tomorrow as originally planned.

ordered arrived and in good order. thank you for taking care of this matter for me, and actually seeming like you cared about it. on a side note with these fixtures the bulbs should be shipped separate, as most of them were displaced all over the inside of the fixture. thank god they didnt break.

it looks like you guys open the fixtures to add in shipping bubble wrap, so just a thought if you did in fact open them the bulbs tumble all over the place. again thank you for my order and i look forward to my next order with MD.
