all three buckets of the red sea coral pro were busted out the bottom, i'm sure due to dropping the boxes they were shipped in from UPS. my complaint is two of them busted so much there is salt everywhere. not to mention the buckets themselves are useless to store salt in regardless of the plastic bags they are in. The one bucket didn't seem to pop the plastic bag, but two of the three have moisture and salt everywhere. what are my options?

oh yes, i called them at 9:49pm, but they were assisting other customers with their dream tanks. just out of curiosity, what is your point with your post on MY order from MD on THEIR forum?
hi marine depot. i will give you a call in the morning. But i just arrived home from work to find the new buckets of salt you guys sent out. with 2 of the three buckets busted out again! UPS even taped up one like that is acceptable. one does look to have survived the beating UPS gave during the shipment. but again 2 buckets of salt with busted out bottoms and salt everywhere! thumbs up to MD for great customer service thumbs down to UPS for how they handle peoples merchandise.
