Order 31401 Update

After two weeks I finally received my Tek-Lights, thank you. However, I still do not have the legs/bracket kit and/or the acrylic shield, so I can not use it. Also, one of the Aquasun bulbs in the order was bad, not broken, it just does not light up 100%.

Another Aquasun lamp just died after running the lamps for the first full day. I need to know if there is problem with the fixture or if just got a bad batch of Aquasuns. Please call me tomorrow. Has anyone else had problems with Aquasun bulbs? What is the return/replacement policy for lamps?

I'm sorry you are experiencing problems with your lamps. This is the only issue that we have on UVL tubes. These lamps have great track record when it comes to quality and performance.
Please email or PM us your name and phone number. Someone will call you later today to arrange replacements.

I did not have any other lamps blow out today, so hopefully it was just a freak situation with those two out of eight, and not a problem with the fixture. Anyway, the guys at Aquacave have told me that they will replace the two apparently defective lamps. Thank you very much.
