Order # 409561 DOAþ

Hey Mike,

I got my order # 409561 two of item # 002206, and they were both DOA. I called and left a message, got a call back and the guy told me to email you pictures of the DOA. I have sent the email with pictures. The water in the bags was very cold to the touch and the fish were laying on bottom of the bags not breathing. Help!!!

Really sorry to hear about your loss. I checked on the status of your claim and it looks like the picture arrived to us already. Mike has that email and will work on getting the claim processed shortly. Thank you very much for your business. We greatly appreciate it.
 
why post about a DOA when they r willing to make up for it? You really should post after the transaction is complete.... DOA's happen on a regular basis, no need to post every time it happens.
 
yeah and these guys are great to deal with, any problems (if ever) just call first and speak with them, they are very professional and devoted to their customers.
 
im putting together a group buy in iowa from these guys. ive spoke to several of them on a couple occasions and they have just been so willing to help and offer support for the group buy. We are all really excited to do business with them. Even if we get a DOA, my review will remain fantastic b/c i know they did their best. Just ask them about why they sell the sea horses they do. They only sell ones eating frozen foods, that shows their dedication to quality and longevity, not just out to make a buck!
 
I hope you guys are right about Blue Zoo Aquatics. I spoke with Mike today, and was told that the small fish are not good shippers, because of high metabolism. The size I ordered was Tiny: up to 1.5", but when I offered to pay the difference to get the next size up Small: over 1.5" - 2" or Medium: over 2" - 3" to make shipping easy, I did not get a good response. I WOULD STILL LIKE TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE AND GET ONE OF THE SMALL (over 1.5" - 2") AND ONE OF THE MEDIUM (over 2" - 3"). I just want good healthy live fish. Once again I hope you guys are right about Blue Zoo Aquatics, and they will try to make the customer happy!

The replacement order came in last Wednesday the 18th, and I was able to upgrade the size of the fish. The fish were in great shape when they came in and bright colors. They have been in their tank for a week now, and I could not have ask for better fish than these. I would like to thank Mike, he did a great job getting me these fish. I am a very happy customer, and I would recommend BlueZooAquatics to anyone looking to buy livestock online.
