haa over 48HRS later i get an email saying an item is not in stock, why does it take so long for you guys to react to these things... if its not available have it say that when i put in the dam cart. *** cancell my order, you guys suck
 
do you guys drop ship from DIGITAL AQUATICS for the PH probe that was " not in stock from manufactor" via my incomplete order?
 
interesting"The Digital Aquatics PH probe is out stock from manufacturer" was the email i got from you. a word of advise would be to have your webpage not allow a buyer to enter a qty. for an item not in stock. I did email D.A. and they have them in stock so i assume you are the one who is out of stock and not the manufacturer...

either way this is the second time i had an issue with an order from aquacave and i have now realized this happens all the time with your company.its a shame you cant get it right!

Of the many orders I have had with them, I think one was an out of stock item, which they called and upgraded me.

no, beacause this is not the first time this story has been posted, i have read similar horror storys on this board and others. i made an order from a another online vendor @ 330 today and the COMPLETE order is already in the UPS truck on its way! thats great customer service , nothing like what i have personally experienced with aqua cave and two seperate orders
 
For every one or two "horror" stories with aquacave, there are far more positive experiences. yes, having an order out of stock is a PITA, but it wod be silly to describe an experience as a horror story because of it.
 
james dont tkle only my word for it... scroll up to the search button for this forum and type" tracking" and read thru some of the posts. and that just the word tracking..LOL
 
Just look on the firstt page for many great transactions....no need to search for them. There will always be more bad reviews online, as that is where people vent their frustration. AquaCave has some legitimate negative reviews, and your out of stock experience is definitely a PITA. But to tell them they "suck" or call your experience a "horror story" is just plain silly. Not too many vendors have an up to the second shopping cart system.

Wow, i have had MANY bad transactions with this company.They "upgrade" you?? Why have they not upgraded me on any of the bad transactions i have had.I couldnt even get a phone call and when i called them it always went to voicemail.And the last order i made i completley cancelled because not in stock items that they didnt notify me on AND charged my cc.Company is a joke!!

Not really an upgrade, they have offered me similar items of similar value if an item was out of stock...if it was a few bucks more, they did not charge extra.

I cannot get how someone like yourself has had many bad transactions....yet I have not had one negative experience out of probably 12-18 orders. It cannot be luck :) since I don't really have that much. The charging your CC may be an automatic thing done by their shopping cart...IDK. Out of stock is failry common with any vendor, not all shopping cart systems can update that fast.
