Hi ,
I receive my order this morning without a confirmations E-mail .
I call yesterday and was informed that my order will ship for this morning delivery and i will get a email but never did, that is ok i know from that weather delays you had you most likely to busy for anything else.
I got my package about 930AM acclimate the corals per your instructions and all is good so far .
Now is 130 PM most of the corals already open up some.
I have two problems .
The SE-47001 lemon tree coral is only about 1/4" of a inch i have pay $39.99 for this coral and not to thrill with the size of it some of the fish is eye it up they think is a food morsel it is so small.
The second problem i have is the 041007178 TCN purple with green polyp dig So far the coral doing excellent and all the green polyps are out but no purple at all not even a small trace of it .
I will upload some pictures so you can see.
PS,
The rest of the corals the green polyp leather, long polyp leather and the magnificent DFS Rose stylopora is all worth to brag about.

Thank you for your post and recent LiveAquaria order. We apologize we were unable to locate your order with the number provided as the order numbers should have seven numbers proceeded by the letter A. We are sorry to hear you are not completely satisfied with your complete order and would like to correct this for you. We would also like to review your billing information to ensure we have the correct email address on file for you.

We recommend not only water acclimation but lighting acclimation as well. The day you receive your beautiful new coral please leave your lighting turned off for at least 10 hours. On the second day we suggest turning your lighting on for half the normal amount of time you have your photoperiod. Each day thereafter please increase the time by an additional until you are back to your regular time. This will help ensure your corals safe adjustment to it’s new home. It is not uncommon for the corals not to show their true coloration and may recess as they are stressed and need to continue to get use to their new home.

As for the light, The light are off the pictures was taking with a flash.
The problem i have is the size of the Lemon tree coral it is not acceptable to send me a coral that is 1/4" long in size for $39.99.
I can understand the Purple Dig may regain some of the colors later on .
Just to let you know just in case it dos not.. I can get green Dig for much lower price than $79.99 .

I'm going to place another orders in three weeks so i use the credit then .
 
After a week all the corals doing excellent and coloring back up, sorry to said but the only one did not make it is the Lemon Tree Coral that you already give me credit for it .
