The elegance coral part of my order has not opened up since I put it in the tank. It is situated in an area that is low-moderate flow and low-moderate light (30'' from 150w MH&2x39w T5). Is there something wrong with it or is there anything I can do differently?

I also have a yellow toadstool leather coral that is more than 3' away from the elegance coral.Since I put in the elegance, I also notice the yellow toadstool polyps does not open fully as much..could there be a chemical warfare going on?

Thank you for your inquiry and recent order with LiveAquaria. We apologize for any trouble you are experiencing with the Elegance Coral. We recommend testing the pH, alkalinity, magnesium, phosphate, specific gravity and nitrate to ensure they are all within normal range. You may also want to move the Elegance Coral to a different area in the aquarium with more water flow and monitor its progress. Please contact us with any other questions or concerns.

The elegance coral is dying. All my water parameters are normal tested with seachem test kits. I have tried different combination of high, moderate, low flow, high, mod, low light and of no use. Pieces of it start to float away.
