Order info/problems?

I placed an order by phone on Monday for a Tunze auto top off and was told it would be here by for sure by Friday regular UPS, but went ahead and paid for 2-day air instead of getting free shipping to make sure I had it before this weekend. I still have not received a receipt, nor tracking info. I called this evening, and was told everything should have already been emailed to me a processed, but still haven't received anything. I sent a message to your customer service. Please shoot me a PM or reply to my email. I need this by Friday, as promised, or need to cancel my order and have it overnighted from somewhere else.

Osmolator shipped out on Wednesday for Friday delivery. I just resent the shipment confirmation. Please let me know if you still did not receive it. That could mean that we have an incorrect email address on your account.
