Thanks for the reply, no worries it wasn't cancelled. Since you had placed notes in the order comment field your order stops so we can review your question. My records show that Grant sent you an email on the 16th notifying you of the backordered item, we are just waiting for a reply from you before we continue with your order. I apologize if you didn't receive that email, sometimes our emails get caught in spam filters, you may want to check that folder.

As for adding an item to your order, I would be more than happy to take care of that for you, just let me know what you wish to add to your order and i'll take care of it for you.

Thanks for your reply. I just called. You had stepped away, so I spoke to another gentlemen. His name slips my mind, but he was very helpful as well.

I've added the Revive Cleaner and Tropic Marin pro coral cure to my existing Hanna Reagent order. Thanks for waiting for my decision! Much appreciated.

And no worries about the Hanna photometer being backordered. I have no issues waiting for that.
