Two days ago I placed an order, and sent my payment via paypal. 24 hours later I had absolutely no order confirmation, so I emailed your customer service to inquire about it. I get an order later that evening stating that my shipping was going to cost $145 ! I've sent you two emails asking for a refund and order cancellation, why have I not received any response?
I really cannot believe you'd even consider trying to charge someone $145 for shipping on an order barely over $200...
