ORP Calibration Standard.

That is what we call the natural salinity of seawater, @ 35 ppt = 1.0264. You will find it hard in the ocean to find a salinity of 1.021 except near a stream outlet. That is only 28.5 ppt. Fish will do fine at those levels but not many inverts or corals will not.

I only asked, because my Hydrometer target range is 1.020 to 1.024.

I have a Hydrometer, Refractometer, and Conductance Probe.

The Hydrometer always reads higher then the Refractometer and probe about .001

Refractometer and Probe are always dead on.

I have a top notch Controller watching 125g tank with 330lb of sand and 100lbs of base rock, lol.

Once I get my lights up and running, I will try to start the cycle, maybe with a dead shrimp?

You can start the cycle now. I didn't turn my lights on for the first 2 weeks when I cycled my 65. Just put a pinch of flake food in every day. But you should continue to add a pinch of flakes until you stock it. That way when your lights are ready you wont have to wait as long.

1.020 to 1.024

That is an old, for some unknown reason, target for fish only tanks and not reef tanks.

Thank you luther1200,

When can I start the fuge part, Chaetomorpha?

I would wait until you get an ammonia and nitrite spike. Once you start to get a reading of nitrates, and don't get an ammonia reading anymore I think it would be OK. The Cheato will like the nitrates anyway. But just keep putting in a pinch of food. Just don't put a huge amount in at first. It grows pretty fast.
