Orp dropping after adding ozone

Guys,
I’ve just bought a Milwaukee mc500 to measure my orp and it’s currently 180 , I switched on the ozone generator (1000mg/h) on 400ltr tank and I’m 20 minutes it dropped to 150
Now it’s slowly increasing again since it’s off

I checked the probe with 256mv solution and got 251

Now it’s stable at 310

I’ve noticed that too, but I only dose for 3 hrs a night. Over time, the use of O3 erases the average ORP but the introduction of O3 may temporarily cause an ORP dip.

Use redox for a bellweather and to disable O3 if ORP exceeds 400. ORP is NOT. A number to be chased, our probes are no where near accurate enough to be used for chasing numbers.

How does the tank look should be your best indicator.
