ORP is 430

Is that to high? Is it good? I have read a lot about it but still am unclear what correct readings should be?

No real correct rating, need to find equilibrium for your tank and go from there. Really looking for change from normal for the system more than anything else.

FWIW, ORP is never too high if you are not adding oxidizers such as ozone or permanganate or hydrogen peroxide.

Generally, nice reef tanks range anywhere from upper 200's to low 400's and there is little reason to claim any specific ORP is best. :)

Hi Randy, I use peroxide to treat gha n I observe my orp went down instead of up. Any advice? Thanks.

Also, make sure you clean your ORP probe once a week or so.
I know that after about a week, mine starts to read high, so i have to gently clean it with a toothbrush.

I thought I answered this, but I guess not. I'm not sure why the ORP dropped, but if it was true, it was probably due to stabilizers in the peroxide which are redox active. :)
